Both Hub Network addresses are commercial street addresses and are appropriate for LLC registration with the Minnesota Secretary of State, IRS filings, business banking, professional licensing, insurance, and as your public business address on Google, LinkedIn, and your website. If your registered agent needs a specific format, tell us and we will confirm before you file.

The Hub Network receives your mail and packages and holds them for pickup during business hours. Forwarding is available on request. Sensitive mail can be opened and scanned for you (nominal fee applies). Both Rochester locations run mail handling the same way; you can pick up at whichever building is more convenient. We do not send arrival notifications — plan to check in periodically or ask us to forward on a schedule.

Virtual office members at The Hub Network receive 4 complimentary hours each month, usable for either a conference room (standard $25/hour) or a private office by the hour (standard $8/hour) — your call, and you can mix them across the month. Hours reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Additional time can be reserved at the standard rate through the conference rooms or hourly offices pages.

Yes. Virtual office is designed as the entry rung on the growth path. When you are ready, we move you into a hourly, part-time, or full-time private office at either Rochester location without changing your address, directory listing, or membership.
