Tour questions
- Do I need to verify my identity or provide payment info?
- No. Self-guided tours are just a short intake form. We ask for a legal entity or business name because it makes lease prep easier if you decide to move forward — nothing more.
- Can I tour outside 7 AM – 8 PM?
- Self-guided tours are only available during those hours because the main exterior doors are only unlocked in that window. For anything outside 7 AM – 8 PM, schedule a guided tour with Andrew.
- Can I tour more than one office?
- The interior suite door code only unlocks the designated suite listed in your confirmation. If you want to see more than one office, submit a self-guided tour request for each — or better, schedule a guided tour with Andrew and see them all at once.
- What if I tour and want to lease the space?
- Email or call Andrew directly. Because your business name was captured up front, a lease can usually be ready for your review within a day.
- Are self-guided tours available seven days a week?
- Yes — 7 days a week, 7 AM – 8 PM. The main exterior doors stay unlocked those hours.
